I cannot say enough good things about this company. I feel like I am supported whenever I need it, but I am not being micromanaged. I am never pressured or forced to take clients. Directors are SUCH genuine people, everyone I referred says the same they are just so easy to talk too. There is no drama because everyone is happy.
I have been around the ABA block as an RBT and BCBA in clinic, home, and school services. I have worked with big and small companies there is just something about how they are running this company that makes it easier to be successful. I am so motivated to show up to my clients house everyday and to work hard for this company.
Cons
I cannot think of any cons besides the usual cons about the field as a whole like client cancellations. But Red House's pay is so competitive for what they are requiring of you that those cons do not even bother me. PLUS if you have a manageable caseload you are able to have better relationships with your families which leads to your families rarely cancelling on you or actually wanting to schedule make-up sessions.
