      Good pay Flexible hours Fairly good communication

      Cons

      BCBA's weren't really full-time employees. They were contracted out, and their main priority was their full-time jobs. It made it difficult to get the client the help they needed.

      None during the short time

      Cons

      They threaten and bully prospective employees to try to get them to work with them instead of supporting them. They blame their bad management of clients on employees and threaten to make false reports to try to intimidate employees to stay
