Pros

Just… read the real reviews and the company’s responses.

Cons

- Fake reviews - The responses itself, to the real reviews (please read for a good laugh tbh) - Misleading job description: Repetitive business model for dealing government phones outside government offices, which is never mentioned and disguised as true marketing and business

Red Label Enterprises Response

Ah, the classic “I didn’t like the job, so all the positive reviews must be fake” approach. Appreciate the originality. We get it, you didn’t enjoy your time here. That happens. But instead of moving on, you’ve chosen to scroll through Glassdoor, read responses, and write your own dramatic entry like a Yelp critic who didn’t get extra guac. Respectfully… who hurt you? Let’s clear a few things up: We don’t make fake reviews. We also don’t tell people what to write. If a current or former employee had a positive experience and wants to share it, that’s their right. Just like it’s your right to vent anonymously. You say the role is “disguised” as marketing. It’s direct marketing. That’s in the name. It’s also explained during the interview, orientation, and onboarding. So, if you were surprised by it, you probably weren’t paying attention. And lastly, you mentioned our responses are “sensitive”? That’s rich coming from someone who wrote a review just to insult whoever replies to reviews. Projection, much? Look, not everyone thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. That’s okay. But turning your disappointment into a conspiracy theory isn’t the look you think it is. Wishing you better alignment, and a thicker skin in your next opportunity.

Pros

I’ve been with Red Label Enterprises for about 4 months now and it’s been an amazing experience for both my personal and professional growth. The environment is high-energy and performance driven, which I love. If you’re competitive and goal oriented, you’ll thrive here. What really stands out is the leadership development—you’re not just learning sales and marketing, you’re learning how to communicate, think, and lead. The team culture is super motivating. Everyone pushes each other to improve while still celebrating wins together.

Cons

Not for those looking for something easy or slow-paced Requires consistency and strong work ethic

Pros

Incredible place to start your career. The leadership genuinely invests in your growth, both professionally and personally. Training is hands on, the culture is energetic and competitive in a healthy way, and hard work actually gets recognized. You’re surrounded by people who want to win and push you to be better every day.

Cons

Fast paced and isn’t a job for someone who wants to coast. You have to be disciplined and show up ready to work.
