Pros
Literally nothing. - They will play nice and make empty promises until it's time to actually follow through.
Cons
- They basically stick you in an ugly warehouse and make you mine through old data that they call "leads" and sell you on a dream that you'll be "rich". - They bring you to meetings with prospective employees to confirm all the abundant future sales that are not real. - Pretty much 30% of the company is in every meeting and 50% of the company has to be cc on every email. - CEO is afraid to have conversations and instead opts to send the only other employee that is not a family member to do his work, - Confusing directives, the CEO hides behind an employee that knows nothing about sales, management and the product itself. - Get everything in Writing. - The company seems more interested in looking for yes-men than actual science or knowledge. - Low wages were agreed to with promise commissions over the coming months as the sales are expected to increase 1000% prospects of achieving this are none. - Benefits are nonexistent, and there are no opportunities for promotion. - "Red Meters knowingly sold unproven technology to approximately 40 companies (2022)" and it is still the same. - Delusional Management, Sketchy Company History
