Pros
People are friendly and you get paid on time. The biggest advantage of the product is that there isn't a lot of competition out there (yet)
Cons
There are so many organizational problems I don't really know where to start: - Lack of collaboration. Even within teams, people don't know what the others are doing, leave alone collaboration between teams or departments - A lot of weak and demotivated employees - The product is not enterprise-ready, yet the focus lies on hiring more and more Sales and CS people when there's a huge technical backlog - Some C-level managers are really weak - Senior management in general wants to be involved in every little detail and doesn't trust others to do their job independently - For a tech company, salary is low - Sales is selling a product with features that don't exist, Marketing is promoting features that don't exist - churn has started and it's just a matter of time until this becomes a real problem - The lack of space is really annoying, working atmosphere resembles a call center - few benefits
