Company genuinely cares for staff. Manageable workload (Time given to catch up if behind). Great pay. They did a cost of living review last year and everybody got a decent bump. Annual profit sharing bonus. Department acts as a team and not individuals. They're fair. You get back what you put in. Anybody that has been elsewhere will LOVE this company.
