Pros

Generally, the staff is kind. It is a restaurant, so there will be the same struggles that every restaurant faces, but overall the staff does their job and works as a team.

Cons

The company does not pay their managers a decent salary, and it shows in the quality of management brought in. We have had multiple managerial candidates terminated due to theft and other illegal activities. The general manager also doesn't know what they are doing.

Pros

fun interactions with people and coworkers sometimes, serving is a job that has helped maintain bills

Cons

managers who rely on shift leads instead of themselves being treated poorly by customers and not getting any support constantly out of something our sams barely work overload us with tables then expect perfect surveys from customers
