Every level of management was kind and helpful. Everyone around you is looking to be the best they can be. Executives are real people and want to get to know you. I've seen nothing but love come from Red Stone.

It is still a new company. The policies and procedures are constantly evolving. This can be a pro to some, but for me it was hard to keep up at times. However, if I disagreed with a decision being made, those above me were receptive to feedback and were willing to change their minds if I had a compelling argument. It can be a lot, but if you can handle that, you'll do great here.
