Pros

RedGuard is a family owned company with less than 300 employees. The company follows Jim Collins philosophies, has room for advancement and growth opportunities...if you fit in and are "liked" by leadership. The company has a relax atmosphere, Midwest values and tries to promote teamwork and collaboration. The company is starting to expand it's product lines and global footprint.

Cons

The company does not practice what it preaches. The company lacks a vision and strategy that is sustainable. Change is good but too much change is problematic. RedGuard has a hard time sticking to a plan or goal. RedGuard is truly lacking people leaders. The company has experienced tremendous turnover lately. The companies benefits are improving but has a lack of policies to retain good talent. If you did not grow up in Conway Springs, Cheney or another small surrounding town you may not fit in. RedGuard lacks diversity in professional positions, management and leadership. The company continues to invest in a product line that is over 5 years old and not profitable.
