Overworked and understaffed.
Below market wages and noncompetitive benefits.
Incompetent management.
There is lack of accountability from upper management.
HR Department is non-existent.
No budget for education.
Discouraged from taking time off or PTO.

Pros
They provide lots of training. Has a great team player mentality.
Cons
Not being able to see coworkers more than once a year.
Great working environment. Everyone who works there is very welcoming and is treated well. Owner cares about the people who work there and will make sure you are taken care of if you show up and work hard. Customers needs are also a huge priority and the engineers make sure they are through no matter what they are doing.
Cons
If you are not competitive its not the place for you
