      - Experience as a manager. - Great if you like to work with children. - The facility is nice.

      - Owners have no idea what a DSP really is. - The brand is a "people-pleasing" brand that places more value into making parents happy, regardless of whether or not the child is improving as an athlete. - The corporate office disregards employee insight. -No health or retirement benefits.
