Pros
RedShield's employees are a really talented group of people. The work has a genuine, observable impact on customers and the culture is collaborative and encouraging, with fun events like Cake Tuesday, and genuine attempts at helping people learn with things like Research Friday.
Cons
There is a bit of a burnout culture, with some teams almost permanently understaffed and the management team clear on how long they work; I don't they ever intend to suggest others need to work as long, but it makes it hard to discuss expectations or raise concerns when you know they're working so many hours. Some of the work can also be pretty tedious, and the goals can be a little inconsistent.
