      1) Good depth in knowledge across various Engineering Services domain such as Communication , Medical and Aerospace as the new verticals 2) Very good place to learn and evolve in the space of Networking ,SDN/NFV, IoT ,SNMP, L2/L3 protocols,Hardware and Software Development/Testing support for CPE. 3)Offers Production Ready Solutions and IP Components to accelerate Time to Market 4)Can do C2P , D2P or P2P variants of product realisation from concept, Design or existing Product. 5)Cost of China @ Ingenuity of India – advantage for full product realisation. 6) Invest in Employee training

      Need to strengthen the portfolio gaps in the regions other than Japan, Korea, Taiwan and China

      Pros

      Redeem provides very good opportunity to fresh engineering graduates to learn and build their career through hands-on training on the latest technologies that are being used in the industry today. Therefore, Redeem is a great platform to jump-start your engineering career and become savvy in the actual application of cutting edge technologies.

      Cons

      I have not noticed any con till now. Everything seems to be good and well managed. If I notice something bad, I will update the review.

      Pros

      Work culture is very competitive Being a small company with around 100 employees, there is great challenge and responsibility on each employee Open and honest culture - After my interview, I was told that I will be on ad-hoc basis for first 15 days and confirmation will happen after that. And as I performed well, I was changed to full-time permanent employee after 15 days

      Long working hours can sometime become tiring
