Pros
Great opportunity to learn different technologies if you show your interest and ask to be taught. Easy place to join as a first job and stay to complete the apprenticeship and then look for a new job after graduating.
Cons
Informal work environment. Easy to taken on a lot of extra work for no additional benefits. Often found myself struggling between getting work done for client companies and having to complete internal work. No formalities between upper management and employees. Difficult to raise issues and when issues are raised, temporary fixes are put in place which usually last 1 to 2 weeks.
