Colleague initially worked tight & closely with constant good communication like a true real good team, but unfortunately its used against us & turned into foolish office politics by the HR & boss.
Cons
Everything was good in the first few months when the company first started. Then slowly the Typical China-man work culture with the 996 working hour system kicked in. Then forced some departments to work rotational morning & night shifts & weekends without the employees agreement. Then most of the Chinaman HODs are useless, cant even speak simple proper English & guide the team members properly with actual work direction, hence we can only work with what we knew & with the limited tools we could. Then when there’s any mistake & shortcomings, they only know how to blame us but yet can’t actually give actual constructive criticism & solutions as they themselves couldn’t even do half of what we did in the first place, as their job field’s knowledge also half-ass & not even tech savvy, As one of the so called teamlead doesnt even really know how to operate a Macintosh laptop properly, but always act arrogant & talks like some kind of big shot in the industry during meetings. Dude please grow up
