Redline is a great place to work at all stages of
your career. The training and support they offer is extremely detailed and second to none. They take on board your own personal goals and plans and incorporate them into your career progression and they really take on board what you want to achieve and do what they can do help you get there. They don’t hit you with unachievable targets like most recruitment companies, and they reward and celebrate the little achievements you make too, something that a lot of places and people forget to do as they become so tangled
in the bigger targets.
They are clear of their 5 year plan and will talk you though how you personally fit into that.
The senior management have taken on board suggestions and have made changes in the past year or so that have flipped the environment within the office. The negative reviews on here paint more of a picture of what the previous employees were like..strange that it’s no longer the “toxic environment” they make out since they’ve left.
Redline really invest in their staff across all levels, and whilst it’s hard work at times (what isn’t though!) they make it fun and reward the effort you put in.
Cons
Obviously within any workplace there are bad days, but that’s life. It really is a case of you get out of it what you put in.

Thanks for the constructive, kind feedback and for taking the time to write a comprehensive review. It is pleasing to hear that some of the company's core values have shone through.
Team - Unity is strength
Integrity - Doing what is right, not what is easy
Respect - Respecting others, respecting yourself.
The advice to Management is really helpful.
The managent team can be excellent motivators and the business has some great clients.
Cons
My biggest frustration at Redline was always inconsistency, you never knew what decisions the Directors made would affect you next, and these decisions would come completely out of nowhere with employees simply not being looped in.
