Pros
The company has its own cultural code. Employees call each other robots. The paraphernalia is mainly associated with old style robots and a passion for their craft.
Cons
I got a call in the middle of the working day, and they told me that the tasks for me were beginning to end and it was time for me to leave. This trick is used in Russia because of the laws that protect an employee upon termination, and the easiest way to get around them is if the employee voluntarily agrees to the terms of the company. Becouse of surprise the probability of such agreement increases significantly.
