Toxicity is at an all time high. The rot is so deep. From the management team to the employees. Non-flexible salary structure. HR and management doesn’t do much to manage unprofessional behavior directed at subordinates. HR barely has any say in affairs of staff or things that benefits them. There's barely townhall meetings. Growth is slow and hardwork is not noticed or encouraged. Very low allowances and bonuses. Approval processes are tedious.

Amazing place to learn swiftly on the job and grow exponentially as a Pr professional.

Needs more structure from the leadership.
