      Quick hire due to the high turnover they readily employ anyone.

      Cons

      This company is unprofessional and exploits vulnerable individuals and the council by claiming to provide safe and supported housing. Tenants are bullied for their service charge and there is zero concern for resident welfare. Staff are expected to pay out of their own pocket for gas and electric at the properties, with the promise of being reimbursed on pay day. Staff lone working properties with violent and sexual offenders no safety measures, no lone working device.

      THERE ISN'T ANY BELIVE ME IT IS ONE BIG JOKE

      The staff think that they are intietaled to come in and out of ur room when they want not only that they think they can just acuse u of breatching the licence agreement when u haven't got one or was rushed to sign the document and not explained and definitely don't want to sort out the major RAT ISSUE and threaten to make u homeless just because u bring up the rat that are as big as a cat and live with in the house rent free
