Pros
– People who are not in the new wave of management/ were "worker bee" employees were great to work with. – It wasn't until several previous managers left, that the company started going downhill. – Health Insurance was given the first day you start
Cons
– Very little to no onboarding training or guidance – Upper Management is not good at their job's at all, and has extreme Micro Management, and power trip issues causing high turn over – CEO doesn't do anything to fix problems that "lower tier" employees have – HR only cares about the company and not their employees – KPI's they give you are vague and nearly impossible to meet or be measured on resulting in no way to get raises and difficulties to get any promised bonuses – PTO policy is laughable with only 10 days for the whole year on an accrual-basis – Did not have a competitive market salary – Management had a bad habit of not giving credit where credit was due and even took the credit for the work that other employee's that worked under them did
