There is a lack of proper management in the company. The higher-ups assign marketing tasks to designers and animators without mentioning this during the hiring process or in the offer letter. Even when we raise our concerns with HR or others, it often falls on deaf ears. Many employees are either leaving the company or are in their notice periods due to the poor work culture. The pressure to perform is overwhelming, and the tasks assigned often fall outside of our job descriptions. I joined the company as a designer and animator, but I am now also being given marketing responsibilities. This has led to me having to work outside my regular hours. Despite informing management about this situation, there has been no compensation for the extra work. Our salaries remain unchanged. Even when we voice our concerns to higher-ups like Gautam, Mouna, Kancana, Sakshi, and Palak, they tend to ignore us or advise us to just “work it out” and claim we will gain experience. This is not a school, and we aren’t looking for spoon-feeding. When we seek help, we are often directed to use ChatGPT for answers, as they have a subscription for it.
