Pros
Solid company - 20 years old with 2A1 D&B rating, so well established and financially very strong. Currently going through a growth spurt as it supplies software for cloud communications. Very smart engineering team. Very informal business culture (modelled on Silicon Valley tech companies).
Cons
Deal with lots of blue-chip organisations resulting in constant pressure to deliver to a high standard. Not a 9-5 place to work, so you won't survive if you don't enjoy work!
