Pros
I worked here for 8 months and it has been a very positive overall experience of working life. Some of the other reviews are harsh and is definitely not what i have experienced. - A great team, all very friendly and happy to share their knowledge. - Interesting and worthwhile products and services in the most part. - Young team who are good fun and easy to get on with straight out of university. - real responsibility (and pressure), genuine reward and development prospects. - best pay in the industry for the experience of the people they employ. Increases quickly as well, unfortunately you probably have to want/appreciate this and/or be very passionate about IT to get through the first few years. Probation works both ways though.
Cons
- it's the support industry and when things don't work clients get cross and people get stressed. Don't know how much this is down to the company itself but it can be intimidating for new hires. This has improved while I've been here but still has a ways to go. - the hours are long and the work is tough, they completely over stress this in the interview and they really aren't kidding. Live close! - I managed 7 months before the not being passionate about IT caught up with me but I think this is important to work here long term.
