A very unfriendly and unhelpful working environment. The new entry graduates are treated like disposable units that are to be worked till they drop as a test to see if they will fit in with the insane working environment. The work experience will not help your career either - you will be learning the company specific developed systems that are not widely used around the world and therefore will not help much to getting a job in a normal company. Believe me wherever you work now - you may think it hard work or you are not appreciated or you are under paid for the work you do - but it will be nothing compared to how badly you will be treated in this company. Do yourself a favour and don't waste 6 months of you life suffering at this place before they sack you for not working very very long hours and then on top of helping them move the furniture around their offices at weekends. Why are the positive review on here all so similar? A good xmas party - well does that really make up for all the abuse you suffer and the fact you have worked twice as many hours as even your hardest working friends throughout the year? Gym and pool table are there but don't plan on actually using them as you will be too busy working. And yes the engineers are quite good engineers there (A-team, SAS, hard working intelligent employees ) but I wonder how many want to leave and get jobs elsewhere.
