Pros

- Happy hour on Fridays 1 hour before close of business, which helps boost morale - Overtime available - Peers are helpful to each other

Cons

-Constant re-structuring on short notice -Management has poor communication with employees - Micromanagement in some departments. People have to go through different managers just to get an answer, which sometimes isn't even detailed enough - It seems that management intentionally under-informs staff because they're afraid that agents might blurt out too much information on a heated call. This causes both staff to be frustrated, having to make up vague responses to customers, which in turn frustrates customers. which causes them to get angry with the agents - Some salespeople mislead clients into thinking their exit is going to take shorter than expected, just to make a sale. This causes customer service agents to suffer, because they are the ones who have to tell the customer how the process actually takes place. - Poor prioritizing on management's part, under-staffing, so there's backlog. - Gossip tends to be an issue with some employees
