Reell... A great place to work! - Anonymous Reell Precision Manufacturing Employee Review

What has kept me at Reell over the past four and a half years was how amazing Reell is, how wonderful the people are, and how empowering the culture is. I could not have found a better place to transition out of the military and into civilian life than at Reell. I have remarked many times to my wife, family, and friends that any choice to leave Reell would have to be one allows me to pursue my purpose and my passion because what and who Reell is, is truly remarkable. I have served many leaders and worked with people of all backgrounds and can say, definitively, that Reell is a company I wish all would aspire to be. You all have made it feel like home. So any position that I would even consider would need to be one that is deeply, personally motivating to me and one that speaks to the former Soldier in me, allowing me to serve others by running to the point of crisis and provide critical services where they are most needed. I cannot thank you all enough for giving me the opportunity that you did, taking a chance on someone with no manufacturing background, no real connection to the industry and allowing me to learn and grow in my position. I will always speak with the utmost respect and admiration about the people and the company because of Reell’s beliefs, values, and culture.

Reell is an ESOP company, which is a huge benefit to those who work here as you become a part owner into the company and receive extra retirement through that. The company has great core values and sees you as a whole person with a life outside of work too. There’s opportunity for growth, reimbursement or help for schooling. I personally loved working at Reell, it was a great environment always striving to do the right thing and help others.

It is a smaller company (which can also be a pro) but if you’re specifically looking to change into a different career within the company a position may not be ready for a while.
