Tech - the recruitment team is supported by a team of (currently) 3 data scientists, who are providing technical insight and data-led strategies to help make the team as effective and efficient as possible. No-one else is doing anything like this!

Size - it's a really tight-knit team which is great but as a smaller firm we tend to struggle attracting the very best candidates to join our recruitment team
