Pros
- large and many clients
- lots of technology used
- amazing opportunity to learn things that would simply be unavailable to many, many other companies (even much bigger ones)
- most of the people are very cool and helpful
- remote work is an option for anyone
- no meetings and no paperwork for non-management
- sum total of 1-3 phone calls from the customers in year
Cons
- support is tier layered 1-5, but 1-3 can get very stressful
- C level management is quite bizzare and sometimes not sensitive to the employees
- company has to work 24/7 so you might end up in a shift which is not good
- doesn't invest in education (but a pro is that they don't care at all about your formal education as long as you know how to work)
