The pay is fast You get to work in multitude of areas in retail from casual to luxury Hours are short to long but manageable Can pick up shifts when you choose
Cons
It’s not as (flexible) as they make it seem and you be penalized I got fired for not seeming “enthusiastic” about retail which is a racist dog whistle just because I don’t smile in everybody’s face when you want me to doesn’t mean I am not happy to be at my job A small team Star rating system doesn’t work so you’re not updated on your negative reviews No way to transfer shifts to other employees in the app so you will be penalized for last minute cancellations The team is not responsive till it’s time to terminate you they act like everything is fine Low pay Shifts come up at random whether it be at 3am or 7pm so you never know when you’ll be working You can wait all day on the app for a shift and not see anything Once you click a shift to claim it might already be gone The team is unreachable on the phone Treat their employees as disposable due to “at will” employment No benefits No bonus Not something I would recommend long term like a solid income
