Ive been working with RTG for over 10 years, and from day 1 I was shown respect and support to grow my career. I started off as a Lvl 1 helpdesk officer and moved up over the years to level 2, ICT Coordinator and now to an ICT Manager. I am able to use the RTG values to grow my team and support my client. My opinion and ideas are welcomed and not pushed away, and we all work as 1 to better support our clients.
Cons
Growth doesn't happen as quickly as some people would like it. You grow with the client you're working with, or within the business, as needed.
