Pros

- Off at 4pm on Fridays. - Benefits after 3 months. - Uncapped commission - Monthly Bar-B-Ques - Good people to work with - Very little Micro Management - Casual work environment - This is a small business in a results driven industry. If you sit at your desk and do nothing you're probably not going to make any money. With hard work there is potential to make good money here if you are lazy not so much. - Not sure what people expect for training. You call businesses or corporations and either try and buy or sell refreshed computers not rocket science.

Cons

Commute Other then that nothing really to complain about.

Pros

Free water bottle and you are pretty much unsupervised to do whatever you want with your time.

Cons

-This place is a scam. I was given a base salary lower than what a fast food worker makes in a year, but accepted it because I was told I would make $98k per year after my commissions. It was a huge lie and once I saw how the company was run I left. -Also there is non-stop gossiping at this place from everyone from favourite employees to upper management and no HR. -There is no corporate culture or incentive to work hard. People do nothing all day to waste time since there is no point making calls when you'll get cheated out of any money you bring into the company. -From your cubicle you can hear everthing going on in the washroom -I received no training from management and was put on the phone my first day. Management does not know how to train at all and will just ramble on about fantasies of hitting the jackpot if you make more calls. I tried asking for help and had to listen to a 20 min story about somehow making a huge commission off of picking up retired IT equipment and selling it.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you felt your experience on the sales team ended poorly. Perhaps a sales/commission environment is not for you based on your comments... Our many long tenured employees will disagree with the observations listed here.

Pros

I'm getting out of this place. After getting backlash from previous employees we were asked to write fake reviews to help their image. At that point I realized it's time for me to get out of this disastrous environment. They shared personal information on a female employee that quit that can very well be illegal. At some point you have to say this is wrong but the 3 people involved are not good human beings. They won't be around much longer and I should have never participated in their cruel games.

Cons

Were do I start. The pay was good until they found a way to take an additional $25 per unit off of what they are currently taking from us already. Like the real reviews said you'll almost always have issues being ripped off. It stinks. The men share the washroom with the girls so you'll see things you don't want too. New people come in and complain about not being trained and you can blame them because there's no one really qualified to train them and that's why the company gets so much customer complaints.

I’m disappointed to hear your comments on the environment. No one has left since July, as I post this reply in Oct,…. but if this is a legitimate review, you are still here and I will be happy to talk to you, my door is always open. I strongly object to any claims of anyone being told to write fake reviews and the sharing of any personal info of any employee, as both are false. We really appreciate all reviews and encourage all employees to share feedback. - the good and the constructive. – Antony (VP)
