Pros
This is a company that tries to care about their staff and their customers. The executive team is kind and caring and tries to maintain a connection despite their busy schedules. The people you work with care about each other and that is why many stay. They have great events that they host (Taco trucks, BBQ's and Lunch and Learns) which are always fun. Their company benefits are better than most including a great insurance plan.
Cons
There seems to be a swing from too busy (overwhelmed) to no busy enough causing concern for your job. It has been happening the past couple of years and it's difficult to remain encouraged. The management team focuses on the bottom line and often forgets that its the staff doing the work that is responsible for the revenue. Management is in too many meetings and tends to be unavailable to support their team. Pay is reasonable for starting positions but as you move higher it becomes much less reasonable and there is no annual raise given.
