Poor top down leadership, Sr Management are 3-4 day a week transplants from out of state that spend more time traveling in and out of Texas then the facilities. Revenue driven healthcare, true patient care does not appear to be top priority unless its cheap Capital financed by hedge fund, employees are expendable as they cut costs across the organization IT Systems are always down in one way or another, this negatively impacts nurses giving patient care in a timely manner Recent changes in IT have made it impossible to get any help desk ticket answered in a timely manner Electronic medical record keeping software is antiquated, and limited in its functionality Work/Life balance is of no concern, Expectations are to work regardless of personal, health, or family issues. Long term employees are expendable being replaced by out of state contractors, and business relationships. Extremely expensive health benefits, and poor selection of plans
