Great learning environment and plenty of career development opportunities. Strong pipeline with plenty of work to do. Where many pharmaceutical companies are downsizing these days, Regeneron is continuing to grow.
Cons
The workload can be a bit demanding at times and resources are used a bit inefficiently. The areas around Tarrytown are extremely expensive to live in, leading in longer commute times or renting in shady neighborhoods.
