      Free breakfast on every Friday.

      Cons

      Poor management and politics with different departments/ groups/ team. You have to be careful when you talk/do anything cus people might speak something behind you, especially when you try to do internal transfer. Some of the managers have no clue how to do people management but only blame others. Bad for your mental health.

      Benefits are good. Salary is decent.

      Cons

      Rudderless commercial organization run by inexperienced or inept leadership across all brands. Unfortunately, it has devolved into an atmosphere of reprisals, frustration, and kissing the ring. The company does NOT live by the principles is espouses.
