Good company overall, treats employees well, some managers are amazing, good benefits
Cons
Can be hard to move up, titles of employees do not reflect the actual work and performance. Favorites depending which group you are in. Some departments are WAY worse than others. The department you work in can make or break your experience here (avoid QC and Manufacturing).
