      Fast learning due to fast pace and huge loads of work

      Cons

      Mediocre pay 401k match with volatile company stock Terrible work life balance Extremely toxic company culture, backstabbing is prevalent. Whenever things go wrong, prepare to deal with the blaming game. Integrity and decency are apparently not something any mangers seem to have.

      Benefits are good. Salary is decent.

      Rudderless commercial organization run by inexperienced or inept leadership across all brands. Unfortunately, it has devolved into an atmosphere of reprisals, frustration, and kissing the ring. The company does NOT live by the principles is espouses.
