      Money , extended days shift work (no nights) , excellent perks (annual bonus, gym , discounted canteen ,healthcare) , good annual leave

      Cons

      Extremely busy , fast paced environment. Very physically demanding job with lots of repetition Young workforce with a lot of college graduates.

      Benefits are good. Salary is decent.

      Rudderless commercial organization run by inexperienced or inept leadership across all brands. Unfortunately, it has devolved into an atmosphere of reprisals, frustration, and kissing the ring. The company does NOT live by the principles is espouses.
