Pros
-Science is interesting, company does 100% discovery in-house and takes development through the entire spectrum -Company is mid-size and growing, so not as "corporate" as big pharma but more resources than small biotech -People are approachable and down-to-earth, for the most part; culture is more casual vs buttoned up -While not in NYC proper, HQ is close enough to commute for those interested in more of a city lifestyle vs some other pharma locations. Also feasible for commuters from Connecticut and NJ
Cons
-Lack of infrastructure/process can make getting things done challenging sometimes -Some growing pains with expanding globally. Most products are partnered with global companies for commercialization, which can hinder strategic autonomy and slow decision-making -IMO positions are undertitled and there seems to be a trend of hiring in more senior colleagues rather than advancing current employees' development
