      -Good company culture, friendly employees -Good pay for students -Lots of hands-on experience with different aspects of pharmaceutical development

      Cons

      -Occasionally received relevant information from HR late -You'll often work more than 40 hours per week (especially if you're working in cell culture - you're at the whims of the cells)

      Great company! I loved working with my team and there was nice work-life balance.

      1) Contractors have a HUGE uphill battle to becoming a full time Regeneron employee - no matter how good they are. 2) At the mercy of too much favoritism 3) The expectations can be unrealistic depending on who your supervisor is.
