Employees work there because they are all about the business of saving lives, whether you are a clinician, work in housekeeping or in administration that is the driving passion for the employees.
Cons
Exceptionally poor executive leadership and management. Decisions made at that level are reactive versus proactive. If issues arise, executive leadership looks for blame versus trying to find out what was the issue and what was the breakdown in the process.
