-everything in this company is done on a amateur level, from software to sales
-supervisor and other higher ranked workers will not take their responsibilities
-CEO/CTO are unable to communicate properly with employees
-unable to pay salary on a fix date
-loads of unpaid extra hours due to useless meetings after work time
-zero structure or organisation
-constantly changing their way to work and software adding more chaos to the existing one
-lazy workers are occupying higher position ( such as level 2 customer service)
-different departments don't work together , there is no big picture, and each department makes the work of the others a living hell
-unstable, people come and go and do not wish to stay
-absence of proper training or designated trainer, which lead to a very rough start
-new hires get blamed for not being up to date with knowledge even if the training is slim to none.
-Salary are different for each worker, no equality
-they make you perform tasks you're not trained for and ultimately blame you for following guidelines
-localizing a part of their office in Romania to save costs, quality is overrated after all
-they have no respect whatsoever for you.
