Pros
Finally Vista figured out that Tom Obermaier needed to be dismissed and removed from his role as CEO. He single handedly kept this place from growing with his negative, demeaning, unprofessional and outright rude behavior. He didn't think the rules applied to him but that last laugh is for everyone that outlasted his negative jerk behavior.
Cons
It didn't happen fast enough. Maybe there is still time to grow and build this company. The CFO needs to go also. Treats his employees like trash. Probably spent to much time worshiping the CEO.
