9yWe strive for all of our managers to be skilled and passionate about mentoring our up and coming associates and we have great tools in place with our associate surveys and upward evaluations to share their concerns with our leadership team, but also encourage our associates to take advantage of the opportunity to share their needs/goals personally with their supervisors. We recognize that there are many factors that need to be considered when determining compensation increases and growth opportunities, which is why we have a multi-tiered performance and compensation review process in place that allows for multiple leaders to get involved in making these important decisions, in addition to receiving feedback from those supervisors that an associate may work most closely with on a day-to-day basis.
