Pros
Rehmann has a very inclusive culture, they offer flexible scheduling opportunities and are truly committed to associates' growth through the use of grow plans and more frequent meetings with managers than just the typical annual performance review. I interact with associates at all levels and everyone is incredibly professional.
Cons
There aren't many. I think my compensation could be higher compared to similar positions in other industries, but that's about it.
