Current CEO not only got rid of telework policy (that was put in place BEFORE the pandemic) but are now going to phase out fully remote employees. If they find out an employee is considering leaving, they will try and replace them before the employee leaves. This type of work is not easy and very specialized. It takes years to become proficient at this. Corporate doesn't recognize this or even care. More and more employees are either giving notice or looking.
