Pros
This company employs a work arrangement that allows employees in the engineering division to work remotely. I think that is really high consideration for people looking for a job, especially in the fintech field that runs in Indonesia, because nowadays it is hard to find a company that allows employees to work remotely.
Cons
Even though I said the company applies work remotely, when you live near Jakarta (Bogor, Depok, Tanggerang, Bekasi), at least once for 2 weeks to attend at office.
