Pros

Michele Perry was an excellent addition to Relatient. As the CEO she brings a great depth of knowledge and best practices around growth, product, and operations. This year we've learned a lot about how we compare to competitors in our space and we've been surprised to find how far ahead our core product is and are well prepared to capitalize on it. The people I work with are great — diverse, smart, and funny. There are some interesting and innovative things in the works. The Franklin office is in a great location! Big windows, walkable trendy food spots, and snacks. The Cookeville office is brand new. The sales team and sales operations are on point and growing. The Director of Marketing is a genius and just getting started. Customer service went through a tough spot last year as we were growing but is now running better than ever. These next two years will be big.

Cons

We are growing fast and with that comes a lot of change and admitting that the way you have been doing things was not always the best. The office is split between Cookeville and Franklin, TN which works but makes communication and relationships a bit more difficult between some departments. Mediocre 401k matching.

Pros

Work from home is pretty great. PTO is usually approved unless your role cannot be covered.

Cons

You will be asked to do an absurd amount of work for the money you make. Chances are if you are US based your role will be out-sourced to a couple folks in India who have no idea what they're getting themselves into. No one who has any power to change the trajectory of this company has a grasp on reality. Any person I talk to who is in a real role that does work within the the company is completely burnt out and exhausted.
