Toxic leadership & senior management. Promotions and raises are not determined by merit, the company allows nepotism which is rampant in every aspect of the company. Would much rather turn a blind eye than address long term issues with a toxic work environment. The minute you stop being a yes man and start challenging the status quo in the name of efficiency, you are targeted by leadership and subsequently pushed out one way or another.
