Cool product--the value proposition makes sense and can revolutionize not only the space industry, but I think it will also inspire others 2. Coffee Lover's Paradise 3. Incredibly smart people 4. One team, One Mission- 5. Transparency is Valued 6. Stock options that might even be worth something

-Benefits could use some work--but I'm sure this will come in time -Lots of processes are still being developed, making it a little difficult to determine responsibility -Needs more sunlight -Needs more diversity--typical in the engineering space, but it would be nice to be able to differentiate ourselves
